Exchange Policy

We want every outfit you order to make you feel amazing! 
if something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

You can request an exchange only if:

1. You received a wrong product
2. The product arrived damaged or defective.

Please keep in mind:

1. Exchange requests must be raised within 24 Hours of delivery.
2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging  with all tags attached.
3. Please share a clear video or photos  showing the issue (wrong or damaged product) on whats app – 76981 82777 or mail- mymystyle8182@gmail.com
4. Once verified, we’ll quickly arrange an exchange for the correct or new product
5. Exchanges are not applicable for color preferences, or change of mind.
6. If the replacement product is  out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit for you where you can use it for purchase product from our website.
7. Our team’s decision on exchange approval will be final.
